Professional & Leadership Forums

The Women’s Empowerment Circle is a dedicated community initiative by Kenyans in Queensland (KIQ), created to support, connect, and empower women through meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and leadership-focused engagement.

This program provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where women can come together to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and support one another in navigating personal, professional, and community roles. The Women’s Empowerment Circle recognises the strength, resilience, and leadership potential of women and seeks to amplify their voices within the community.

Through connection and collaboration, the Circle fosters growth, wellbeing, and collective empowerment.
