Men’s Forum
Professional & Leadership Forums

The Men’s Forum is a dedicated community initiative by Kenyans in Queensland (KIQ), providing a safe, respectful, and supportive space for men to engage in open discussion, mentorship, and personal development.
This forum recognises the unique challenges men face in areas such as leadership, mental wellbeing, family responsibilities, career progression, and identity, particularly while living away from home. Men’s Forum creates an environment where honest conversations are encouraged, experiences are shared, and positive growth is supported through brotherhood and mutual respect.
The program is grounded in the belief that strong, healthy men contribute to strong families and resilient communities.
